• What I'm Working On

    Project Shema

    Co-Founder & CEO

At Project Shema, we envision a future in which collective Jewish inclusion and safety are ensured inside healthy pluralistic institutions and societies.

Guided by the Jewish value of compassionate listening, Project Shema is the leading education, training, and support organization helping institutions understand and address contemporary antisemitism. With an emphasis on how discourse around Israel and Palestine can undermine Jewish inclusion and safety while weakening institutional culture and mission-driven work, we create space for empathy and shared learning to strengthen the relationships that sustain pluralism, inclusion, and collective repair.
